Additionally, you will manage compensation, benefits, and diversity initiatives while using HR analytics to drive improvements.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR and at least 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in HR software.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in HR management roles.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
