As part of the marketing team, you will oversee content creation, optimize digital ads, and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and sponsorship teams to align digital initiatives with the club’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and fan engagement.


Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.


Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.


Analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and reach.


Coordinate with content, design, and sponsorship teams to maximize digital opportunities.


Manage online advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and influencer partnerships.


Implement email marketing campaigns to engage and grow the club’s fan base.


Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.


Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a similar industry.


Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.


Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.


Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing strategies.
